Guicy Hydrate Anniversary Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

Guicy Hydrate Water, LLC, 2508 Portland Avenue, Lower Level, Louisville, KY 40212 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Kentucky and Indiana who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins July 31, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

There are three ways to enter, and all have an equal chance of winning:

1. Online Entry (Free, No Purchase Necessary): Complete the official entry form at guicyhydrate.com/giveaway during the Entry Period.
2. Purchase Entry: Purchase any Guicy Hydrate Water from a participating retailer or at GuicyHydrate.com, retain your receipt, and complete the official entry form, uploading a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.
3. Mail-In Entry (Free, No Purchase Necessary): Hand print your full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a plain 3 inch by 5 inch card and mail it to: Guicy Hydrate Anniversary Giveaway, 2508 Portland Avenue, Lower Level, Louisville, KY 40212. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 31, 2026 and received by September 4, 2026.

Limit one entry per person per day regardless of entry method. Following Sponsor on social media and texting HYDRATE to 888.744.7670 are optional and are not required to enter or win.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

Five winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about September 7, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

Each of the five winners receives one case (12 bottles) of Guicy Hydrate Water per month for twelve consecutive months (144 bottles total per winner). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize: $480. Total ARV of all prizes: $2,400. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

7. Winner Notification and Claim

Winners will be notified by email, text message, and/or telephone using the contact information provided at entry. A winner must respond and confirm acceptance within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt. If a selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the claim period, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at guicyhydrate.com/privacy and will be used to administer the giveaway and, where the entrant opts in, to send marketing communications.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity. The giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

11. Winners List

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above after September 7, 2026.
