Guicy Hydrate Monthly Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

Guicy Hydrate Water, LLC, 2508 Portland Avenue, Lower Level, Louisville, KY 40212 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Stay Guicy Monthly Giveaway begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and continues month to month until Sponsor ends it with notice posted at guicyhydrate.com/giveaway (the "Giveaway Period"). Each calendar month is a separate drawing period, beginning on the first day of the month at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ending on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (each, a "Monthly Period"). 

4. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter, and both have an equal chance of winning:

1. Text Entry (Free, No Purchase Necessary): Text HYDRATE to 888.744.7670. You will receive a confirmation text, which confirms your entry. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
2. Mail-In Entry (Free, No Purchase Necessary): Hand print your full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a plain 3 inch by 5 inch card and mail it to: Stay Guicy Monthly Giveaway, 2508 Portland Avenue, Lower Level, Louisville, KY 40212. A mail-in entry received by the last day of a Monthly Period is entered in that month's drawing.

Entries roll over automatically. Once entered by either method, an entrant is included in every monthly drawing for the rest of the Giveaway Period. Text entrants are removed when they reply STOP. Mail-in entrants may be removed by written request to the Sponsor address above. Limit one entry per person and one entry per phone number, regardless of entry method. Following Sponsor on social media is optional and not required to enter or win.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within the first seven (7) days after each Monthly Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. A winner remains entered in future drawings and may win more than once.

6. Prize

Each monthly winner receives one case (12 bottles, 16 ounces each) of Guicy Hydrate Water in the flavors of the winner's choice, subject to availability. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) per prize: $49.99. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

7. Winner Notification and Claim

Winners will be notified by text message, email, and/or telephone using the contact information provided at entry. A winner must respond and complete the winner claim form within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt. If a selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the claim period, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at guicyhydrate.com/privacy and will be used to administer the giveaway and, where the entrant opts in, to send marketing communications.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity. The giveaway is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

11. Winners List

For the name of any monthly winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above within 60 days after that month's drawing.
